Restore CrystalVault Pro
Open Settings in the app, tap the CrystalVault Pro card, then Restore purchase at the bottom of the Pro screen. Use the same Apple ID you bought Pro with. Pro is a one-time purchase and works on all your devices with that Apple ID.
Back up or move your collection
Your vault lives on your device and is included in your normal iPhone/iPad backups. Pro users can also export a CSV from Settings for insurance records or a spreadsheet copy.
A crystal is missing from the catalog
Create a personal catalog entry for it from the Add flow — or email us the name and we'll consider it for the built-in catalog.

Your collection never leaves your device. Read the full privacy policy.
